Meditation or Yoga

Today, i have to attend a Yoga class in the afternoon. Alvin pass me a booklet and it stated: "Medidationmeans removing dirty, flaws and negative thoughts so as to make room for new insights. It is to remind us daily of who we are, and why we are here. And if along with it comes heatlth benefit because your body is better rested and you can focus better, that;s bonus". desmond did recommend Medidation for me and yet i am so busy and lazy to do meditation and Yoga. Now, i read through the book and realise that Yoga and meditation is benefit for us , I decide to start meditation. The book that given by Alvin also teach us how to tame our temper, eight reason to smile, youth & family Values. It is a thick book, but worth to read it.
