Pear Sweet Soup



It strengthen the lungs, benefits the stomach, quenches thirst, moisturizes Dryness, clears Heat, stop coughing, lubricates the intestines and prevents constipation.

Ingredients:
100g white fungus, 1 Ya-Li pear, 1 pineapple, rock sugar

Method:
1. peel and dice the pear and pineapple.Soak the white fungus in water and rinse.
2. Boil white fungus in water until done, Drain well.
3. Bring some water to the boil and swtich to low heat. Add cooked white fungus, diced pineapple, pear and rock sugar. Simmer for 10 minutes.


Last two days, i brew herbal soup as Kelvin said is too bitter. So today i make the Pear sweet soup and he drank 4 small bowls. He keep saying is nice. I am so happy and it encourage me to continue brew soup for them. As a wife and mum, have to take good care of their health, cannot let them sick again lor......
